The Village Farms neighborhood is in the northwest corner of Carmel and was built in 1973.  It is a large neighborhood, with over 750 homes, and features homes in the upper 200's to mid 300's price range.

The neighborhood has heated swimming pools, swim team, clubhouse, and large common areas with two playgrounds, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts. An active homeowners association keeps the neighbors involved with events throughout the year.  The wide streets and close proximity to the Monon Trail are perfect for walkers, joggers and bikers.

Village Farms is in the Westfield Washington School District.  Residents attend Shamrock Springs Elementary, Westfield Intermediate, Westfield Middle and Westfield High Schools.
